Equipments in our group
HPLC
 The Laboratory is equipped with an analytical HPLC system (distributed in France by Serlabo) with a ternary pump, double UV detection, solvent degasser and sample. This system allows for analysis by reversed phase (C-18 column) and normal phase (chiral column).

GC
 Our analysis room includes several devices gas chromatography with chiral columns.

ISCO CombiFlash
 Our group is equipped with automatic ISCO CombiFlash (distributed in France by Serlabo) purification column (silica, alumina, C18, Dowex, etc..).

UV/Visible spectrophotometers
 Our laboratory is equipped with a spectro photometer UV / Visible double beam SPECORD.
|
Extrators
 In addition to major equipment we also have glassware for our large-scale manipulations, such as solvent extractors light.

Polarimeter
|
The Laboratory is equipped with a JASCO Polarimeter P-1010 with a halogen lamp and a 589nm filter sodium. The entire process is automated and is equipped with a sensor which allows the choice to know the temperature of the sample into the measuring compartment or directly in the sample.

Microwave reactor
 We are equipped with a microwave oven CEM benchmate piloted by Synergy.

Photochemical reactor
 The Laboratory is equipped with photochemical reactors of different sizes of quartz and Pyrex. This material is supplemented by lamps 250 and 400 watts, and a cooling system automated and secure.

Molecular modelling station
 The Laboratory is equipped with a station controlled by molecular modeling software Spartan PC 2006.

pH stat
 Also at our disposal an apparatus that allows for performing enzymatic reactions at pH steady is our famous "pH stat"! |
Chemical stockroom
 Our reserve of chemical contains over 2,800 different compounds, all listed in a database specially dedicated to inventory management of chemicals and connecting with other laboratories of the institute.
