Objective:
Design of an electrochemical biosensor for the early diagnosis of cancers.

Strategy:
Detection of a validated tumor biomarker, autocrine motility factor (AMF): cytokine potentially involved in the development of metastases in vivo - AMF (extracellular protein) = PGI (phosphoglucose isomerase, intracellular glycolitic enzyme).

Résults :
Elaboration of a biosensor based on the bioreceptor substrate of PGI, D-fructose-6-phosphate (F6P):
