Biocapteur d’ADN viral : Elaborer des biomatériaux-hybrides intégrant des complexes organométalliques comme marqueurs redox, greffés sur la chaîne du polypyrrole, développer des bio-puces pour la multi-détection d’ADN virales.
Biocapteur immunologique :
Etude de différentes méthodologies d’immobilisation d’anticorps sur une électrode et recherche d’une détection électrochimique sensible.
Biocapteur enzymatique pour la détection de polluants :
Développer de nouveaux biocapteurs enzymatiques supportés sur électrode en utilisant les propriétés catalytique de nouvelles protéines. Application à la détection de polluants et/ou de substrats endogènes.
